The Heart and lips must sing the same song or it will be nothing more than a clanging bell instead of the beautiful music each heart is made to hear.

Many are learning how to hear His Voice (how to listen to the pull on their heart – the Heart Tug) and that is wonderful but what is pressing on my Heart is although more hear Him, very few actually walk forward in what is being spoken. What good is it to hear His Voice if you don’t actually take the steps to do what He is commanding? He wants a Blessed Life for you as much as you do. The way for you to get that Blessed Life is to hear the steps He is ordering and make the choice to walk in it.

You have had a strong pull on your heart (Heart Tug) that you have been pushing to the side. Delay no more in that prompting, do not let any worry blanket you but instead trust God and take the steps He is directing. I know it seems scary but He will bless you for it. Where He guides, He provides … for when He speaks to us and we are obedient to what has been spoken, we will never thirst but will always have exactly what we need at the exact time we need it – who wouldn’t want that Blessed Life? It’s time for all your ways to be Blessed – listen and then have the courage to take the steps to the fully Blessed Life He has planned specifically for you – I’m excited for you (yes, it’s that good! :)

As we enter into this time where many walls will be knocked down, many foundations shattered don’t lose sight that God has a plan for you. If your life is crumbling around you – hold on and trust that He will rebuild it to what His exact plan is for your life. After the devastation comes the time of renewal and rebuilding. It will come so hold on! I know first-hand because I just went through it last year. It wasn’t just my computer that kept blowing up and had to be replaced. Last year was the biggest test of my faith even more so than my illness when I stared death in the face over and over again. My life as I knew it including my marriage crumbled down around me (separated in 2010 and divorced late spring 2011). It made no sense in this world but it crumbled. I continued to cling to God and asked Him to be the lamp at my feet to get me through each and every day. I had to learn to take each day that was given to me and continue to Love and Trust Him no matter what. It was the hardest year I’ve ever had but it was the most spiritual growth I have ever experienced. As I entered into 2012, everything changed and I kept hearing … New Year, New Life. He is now  beginning to rebuild my Life each step of the way. I know I cannot comprehend all He has planned but I know deep in my Heart that every single part of my life is ready to come together according to His Perfect plan.

So I want to encourage you to Love Him and trust Him especially when it makes no sense. Don’t give up loving Him during those challenges, cling to Him more than you ever have before. When you give up life as you know it, He will then give you Life in ways you would never expect. So trust whatever the world has been allowed to destroy, He will replace with something better than you could have ever imagined.

Look up, look up, and look up!

1.    Are you trying to please people or God? If you are trying to please the people around you, more times than not you will fail because you’re trying to hit a moving target. But, when you look up and want to please God then no matter how impossible the situation looks He will place strong Will in your heart so you never give up and are able to achieve what He needs you to achieve.

2.    Who are you? What defines you? Many have lost their identity because the Truth of who they are and who they were born to be has been defined by the influence of the world. What I mean is they are doing what they are doing because they are trying to live up to an image for someone else, they are in a career that was chosen based on what salary the degree would earn, or they are a product of their environment (primarily family influence) that has told them who they are or who they should be. The current society is quick to look to the world for answers of who they are so the world then molds them into that image. It’s why they feel empty inside and walk around like zombies (dead inside with no Life). However, if you ask God “what is my purpose?” He will then mold us into His image step by step and restore our true identity. When you walk in your purpose, you have Life inside that no one can rob from you. What is your purpose?

Your title in the world doesn’t define you, your purpose does … find your purpose.

God surrounds us with people to help us along our way. To bring us encouragement when we need it. To hug us when we need it. To Love us every step of the way. It is not a sign of weakness to break into tears or to need strength thru hearts around us during difficult times. We need each other. God is as close as an open, willing heart so take a moment to stop the busyness in life and be in tune with the hearts around you, someone around you may need TLC today. 

Touch a heart and change a life in a moment.

Baby New Year

The current year cries in labor pains of all it has endured.

No looking back to gain a day, or making regrets fewer.

One year ago we each gave birth to a new and precious child.

Did we cherish the gift and hold it tight or ignore it for awhile?

Did we abandon it as we clung to days of past that will
never come again?

Or did we embrace the gift of what we were given and let a
life begin?

Did we greet each day with love and care nurturing it to
grow?

Or did we throw the baby out with the bath water, as the
saying goes.

The labor pains of looking back may seem too strong with
which to deal,

But here we are one year later not believing it is real.

Time turns its back and slips through cracks not missing us
– not even for a minute,

But yet all we can do is sit and wish we only had more of it
so we can finish!

Finish what? I ask. The project list and things we think that
we must do?

Did you give birth to work and lists or did it just become a
part of you?

Welcome the gift of each new birth with a thankful heart and
smile upon your face,

Love, cherish and care for it never letting it out of your sweet
embrace.

You will then see the baby grow to bring you joy and peace making your heart content,

Because that’s the moment you understand the reason for
which it was sent.
